You will need the following information before you get started.

1) You will be asked for your account number.  Please use your member number plus the loan number you wish to pay.  This information can be found under eBranch or on your statement.  HINT: Member numbers are typically 6 digits in length and loan numbers, usually are 140, 141, 142, 143, etc.  Therefore, your account number could look like this: 999999141

2) You will receive confirmation emails from support@swfinancial.org with a memo of Southwest Financial Federal Credit Union Payment Center.

3) You will be asked to provide a security question, be assured that we take your security seriously and this is an added measure to keep your information private and secure.
